As an experienced airsofter (sorta) I trust you readers will take my word about this item.
Pros (the good): The WE M1911 is a full 1:1 scale replica of the actual 1911 with a VERY similar weight. (4 POUNDS)
The mag is said to hold 25, but i suggest only 15-20 just to be safe.
The gun has a threaded tip for attatchments. (i can only think of a suppressor)
the only non metal areas are the black grips, and a small area of the mag.
the mag is 90% metal.
Regular GI sights.
has a lanyard hook. (who uses this??)
Easy/ quick pull trigger.
working dual safeties.
ejection port.
Nice chrome finish. (DUH)
300-325 FPS (CQB pistols only anyone?)
easy field strip.
Cons (The bad): Almost no trademarks (except the outer barrel is engraved ".45 ACP" which is always cool)
can't shoot gumballs into your mouth. (im workin on that (not really))
Doesn't support intergalactic time travel.

This gun is so awesome, i got it for making movies so i needed it as real as possible, and it is! i was iffy at the buy at first from the picture, but trust me. it looks real and the blowback helps simulate a real gun! oh yeah it shoots amazingly as well! only con is is seems just a taaad flimsy on the inside but its not that big of a deal.
