I bought this to replace the plastic trigger box in my friends sniper rifle. It fit in perfectly and when I test fired it everything functioned smoothly. This was the most inexpensive metal trigger box I could find anywhere - let's just hope it holds up for a very long time. Although not made of high-grade metal, this trigger box is definitely stronger than it's plastic counterparts. Seemed to be fairly solid, and for the price I guess I couldn't ask for more.
If you need to replace a plastic t-box and don't want to spend a ton of money for a replacement, this is the way to go. Hope this helped!

Trust me folks, if you are going to upgrade your UTG sniper with the advanced bolt and spring, this product is a must have, replacing the plastic trigger assembly, which failed with the very first shot once the upgrade to the bolt and piston spring were installed. The metal case holds the inner workings much more rigid, and with almost no play, and for the money, I would recommend upgrading this at the same time you go with the piston and spring upgrade - direct replacement, no fit issues and easy to install at the same time. Don't get caught with a non-functional gun after you upgrade the power pack.

You know, the stock trigger box on my l96 exploded, I could not find a replacement ANYWHERE finally amazon decided to invest in some of these. My parents got it for me and i put it in IMMEDIATELY. after about a year of not having one i was so relieved, this thing is amazing. We were wondering if we should buy more like 5 or 6 of them (just in case) i have had it now for probably 3 months it works perfectly. It can also handle the utg upgrade kit that i installed a few days ago. Thank you so much amazon for this amazing item.
