Great toy until it jams,

My 8-yr-old ordered this with money he received for his birthday. He hasn't put it down since it arrived, even though he's still waiting for his ammo to arrive (NOTE- ammo does NOT come with product!!) Luckily we had another toy gun (a pistol) made by Parris that uses the same ammo. UPDATE: ammo started jamming, we used a straightened wire hanger to remove jammed ammo, but now it jams after every shot. Disappointing. Go with the pistol if you want a gun that shoots this type of ammo and doesn't jam.

We used two of these as props in a musical. They are a little smaller than life size, but worked well for our purposes. They don't look like they are obviously made from plastic from the stage.
I can't rate them as toys.

First off, this thing looks bad-ass, it fires great(not as far as a real airsoft gun) it jams every once in awhile but its easy to fix with a hanger. i give the design 5 stars but the bullets curve a little and takes some of the accuracy away. Buy it if you are starting out at airsoft or just want to shoot some target practice. Besides accuracy its a great buy for the money.
