Summary: Very poor customer service 2007-05-31
Comment: Till today, over a month after I placed the order, I still have not received the product. The customer service at Pyramid Air sucks. When I placed the order, their website showed product in stock. After a week, it showed delay till May 12, then delay till May 22, then delay till May 29. I called them numerous times and told them that I would be on overseas assignment in early June. Till today, May 30, I have not seen the product. Very, very disappointed with their cutomer service.
