This is such a cool airsoft gun. I own the actual barrett m99 and the similarities are amazing! Even the weight is close. This thing is so accurate and fast. The bolt is real smoothe too. Great for beginners and those who have been playing for a while.

This airsoft gun is amazing! Pretty decent stock, if you can find one. I got mine straight from Hong Kong. The one I found came with a really decent illuminated 3-9x40 scope, that has the classic Barrett sights. I would definitely recommend upgrading the spring guide and piston, they are plastic and pretty junky. I also put a new spring in and now it can shoot 0.40g BBs into a thick candle [...]. The really small dents you can see are from a spring D. Eagle shooting 0.23g BBs. Not sure of the FPS but it would definitely hurt haha. It is pretty heavy at 19lbs or so, so might not be the best for skirmishes if you can't handle this beast. BUY IT IF YOU CAN FIND IT!!

I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because of one small problem.
the outer barrel was bent when I received it.
this seems to be a factory flaw and was fixed easily by placing it in a vice and slowly
bending it back.
this rifle has great power out of the box, nice heavy construction, GREAT accuracy and out
performs my $800 Ares by far!
I wouldn't think twice about buying this rifle again.
