This is the first decent red-dot sight I could find that was advertised as fitting the 3/8" dovetail on the Crosman breech.
As mentioned by the other reviewers the red-"dot" is not a true, round dot. In my case it looks more like the letter "V" rotated 90-degrees clockwise. Since this sight is mounted on a CO2 pistol it is adequate for the pistol's capabilities. However, if you are looking for a sight for a rifle I would look elsewhere. The red-"dot" is just too vague to give good results.

this red dot is the best I've ever owned is right on the money it can drive nails that's how accurate it is with can be used on a BB/pellet gun or even a 22 and it works great can stand up to the recoil of a 22lr which is very little but is more than a pellet gun i can't really say to much bad about it except for the hardware it comes with got striped out so i used heavy duty bolts and it works just fine,nice little red dot get one and you will be very happy with it.

I purchased this red dot sight for my .22lr. Once sighted in, it has remained dead on. Mounting it was very easy, but I do have a m4 style .22lr with a real picatinny top rail, which has plenty of space for mounting optics.
It can definitely handle the low recoil of a .22lr. I have put about 2,000 rounds through my .22lr after attaching this red dot sight, and its still right on the money. The 11 levels of brightness come in handy too.
As far as the red dot, it is not a perfect circle (which comes as no surprise). However, the dot is much better than the dots on the more expensive red dot sights that I have purchased in the past. And the clarity is better too.
Last but not least, I love how small this thing is. And again, is has better clarity than the more expensive dot sights that I tried (even though those were bigger & bulkier). It also looks a lot cooler than most of the other dot sights that I have seen too.
