Echo1 Red Star AKM Full Metal AEG airsoft gun

The Red Star is an amazing gun. If it is working when it comes out of the box, it will most likely stay working. Dude814s problem was not the gun, but ordering from pyramid airsoft. Pyramid, airsplat, and most airsoft retailers have almost no quality control, and their so called 'customer service' is just an excuse to seem to the customer that they have insurance if the product breaks. No one ever gets their product back or gets a refund from them. Try buying from more reliable retailers such as Airsoft GI, Trinity or Evike.

This was the first legitimate air soft gun I've owned. It took me an hour to find where the battery went though.

I got this gun as a christmas present, and love it. Ive had it for a year now, and it has never screwed up. I bought it from airsoft gi, where it is $235, although used the coupon code "javelin" to get 15% off. This gun is great, and only has one flaw. The semi on this thing is completely messed up. For one, about 1 in thirty shots dont fire. When this happens, i just switch to auto, fire, and reload. Overall, do not buy the gun from here of pyrmad air. That is a terrible website. airsoft gi is the way to go.
