Solid rifle, but scope mount issues on one I got,

Bought this from Pyramyd using Amazon checkout. Rifle is nicely finished, metal and wood, and as heavy as my 30-06. Great trigger, decent scope, solid one piece scope mount. Accurate with iron sights. Had a problem with scope. Mounted it and first shots at 15 yards were off the paper 7in. Too much to correct with scope adjustments. Remounted scope several times, same problem. Put a straight edge down scope rail on receiver and discovered the problem- barrel was aligned 10 degrees to left of receiver. Haven't heard of others having this problem. If you plan to shoot with iron sights, good solid rifle. No way with scope without serious mount reworking. I sent package back to Pyramyd. They emailed a FedEx label, gave me credit no questions. Good company. Will definitely buy from them again.
