The Best in BB Pistols.,
September 4, 2006 Jose De Freitas Nieves "Sir Lepto" (Chicago) - See all my reviews
I have had the 93 model (which is the same gun but black with brown grips) for more than five years and shot surely more than 5000 bb's and I can tell you that this gun is some of the best you can get, 15 bb's in a mag is not so bad but if you can get some extra mags, you'll have four of them = 60 bb's. The 12grams of CO2 is only good for 75-80 shoots. About power, use the goggles immediately, because the bb's are made of steel and they bounce from hard surfaces so be careful, please. To the point, you can shatter almost any glass (beer bottles, windows at 70 ft, etc), dent 16 AWG sheet of metal, drywall 1/2 inch is nothing, and you have your own imagination.

Powerful but no instructions,
May 7, 2011 Cuj Monguy - See all my reviews
I recently purchased a Powerline 5693 and then when I opened it I find it has no instructions. I Had to search around to finally figure out how the grip opens to put in the co2 cartridge.
Then I had to figure out how to get the magazine out. Of course there was no instructions on that nor how to insert the BBs once I did get it out. So you have to fumble around and insert the BBs one by one, meanwhile dropping many of them on the floor I guess?
I looked online at Daisy for a manual but they don't include one for this pistol. You would think an old company like Daisy would know better how to market a BB gun.
Once I finally figured out how to set it up I found it is a quite powerful weapon. Way more powerful than the BB pistols of my youth. I will need to watch out that I don't shoot where the BB can cause damage to my neighbor's property or person.
