For the price this is not a bad scope. Your eye has to be at a real specific distance from the lens to site properly. The scope can be moved up and down the rifle for that reason. Once mounted you must zero in the scope. This is easily done by removing the caps on the side and top then screwing the machine bolts in or out until the site is zeroed in. The daisy 880 does not have a rifled barrel "I dont think" but at 50ft you can keep your shot in about a quarter sized space. I also recommend a higher grained pellet "Grain=weight" I like the Gamo Rocket .177 Cal, 9.6 Grains it seems to be the most humane choice when disposing of an unwanted pest. Good luck and good shooting!

I got the scope yesterday and had it installed a sighted in in 30 minutes. About what I expexted for 11.00. I can hit a sweet gum ball at 30 feet!! The squirrells will be next!!

it took a little bit, but I finally figured it out. Its not the most accurate device in the world, but when you have a bb gun for sport does it have to be? My son thinks it looks cool, which is the only thing that matters I guess.
