Crosman R71, Clear and Black airsoft gun

OK, so this was my first gun I ever got. I bought it at wal-mart. First off this was very surprising. I expected a crappy little gun, but this was nothing like that. It is clear but i used electric tape and taped it all up now it looks like a real MP5.

Pros:

-Lightweight
-Good rate of fire (5 bb's/sec 300bb/min)
-Magazine holds almost 500 bb's
-Good fps for the price (I've clocked it at up to 255 fps)
-Comes with silencer
-Removable stock
-Looks impressive

Cons:

-No scope (The scope it the magazine)
-The bb's sometimes get clogged up while they're dropping into the gun to shoot and you have to shake the gun.
-Not very good range (25-50 ft)
-Can be pretty inaccurate
-Only uses .12 (.20 will drop 10 ft in front of the gun)

Overall I would recommend this gun to a beginner, but only as a first gun or maybe a second.

When I got this gun, there seemed to be no problem with the shippimg or condition. It doesn't shoot very hard, but its decent for a 45$ gun.The rate of fire is actually pretty good. This gun is made of plastic, but it is good ABS plastc. I don't like that the scope is really a gravity fed hopper, which leads to jams every once in a while. The mag is really the battery. Overall, this gun a good budget aeg or backup gun.

I got this gun from an airsoft store brand new after charging it for 3hrs i had a 2hr war and I noticed it had like 150 fps.Then it would spray out bbs for no reason there wasn't a jam or anything!Then it just quit shooting completely all it did was make a grinding noise.DO NOT GET THIS GUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
