I have had this gun for about 25 years. At times it has gone two years or so without being used (never put up without oiling a little. Not much care at all...left in out door sunroom, or in the cellar for many years. THIS GUN STILL WORKS AS IF JUST TAKEN OUT OF THE BOX!!! Reciently I was given another air pistol as a gift, and as my interest in air guns was rejuvinated, I dug out my old P1. PERFECT!

I first tried the LP-8, but being almost 63 years old it was just to heavy for me, so he said send it back and try the P-1 and you won't be sorry. I have owned the P-1 for around a week now, and don't have it fully broken in yet, probably have put 5 to 6 hundred rounds through it. I am shooting at 35' in my basement, and am already getting some very good groups shooting into a 1 1/2" bulls eye. The manual says that the spring...Read more
