Pro's:
-for collectors this is a durable gun made of strong abs and metal(note, although the mag feels rather light-it IS metal.)
-for the DMR/Sniper, in airsoft this gun with iron sights(fore sights can be adjusted for farther targets) alone can easily hit a person from 75-100 feet. I haven't been able to try farther because my yard is small...I don't have a scope mount for it, to be honest you may not need one, iron sights alone it can(as seen in other reviews) targets from 150-180 feet. With a scope somebody at combat city who owned one said he could shoot a duck at 300 feet-I would not doubt this.
-the inside is easy to get to, if you want a solid sniper that is easy to fix...here you go-except for maybe the trigger-you probably would have to take things apart for that.
Cons: unless you are a black ops player and are upset you can't run in gun with this like in the video game, there are no real cons.

This is one of the most stunning pieces of military hardware one can get for under $300
(considering that it is painfully incomplete without the authentic russian PSO-1 scope).
Amazing for slaughtering paper targets (they don't stand a chance) and looks
as if it came straight out of the Duty faction armory.
Any self respecting S.T.A.L.K.E.R. fan should own one of those beauties.
Authentic sling and carry bag can be obtained on eBay for peanuts.
Cons: not suitable for a purist firearms collector.

This is a solid reproduction. It is made from a fair amount of metal and ABS plastic. It shoots very straight and consistant. The spring is quite powerful and our only complaint is the cocking process for the next round is difficult. This is not for a rapid fire battle. As a stand off sniper airsoft gun it excells. For closer combat it is unwieldy. This is a very solid product.
