this was an amazing battery! although it is a monster(Giant, biggest battery I've every laid my eyes on), i use it in my ares M60 which has the entire stock dedicated to the battery. there was one flaw though, it uses the large type connector while most airsoft guns use a small type connector. this problem can be solved by simply adding this adapter to your gun: Intellect Airsoft Adaptor from Large Plug Batteries to Small Plug Chargers/AEGs Now to the firing: you know that when in full auto you can tap the trigger to make it shoot one bb; i couldn't do this. each time i pulled or tapped the trigger a three or four round burst would occur the battery gave my M60 a massive rate of fire. I just ordered a second Tenergy 9.6v 5000 mAh battery for my CA M-14. I liked the first one so much that I had to get another one! A couple notes: make sure your gun will hold such a large battery before purchasing (it's about 5 in. long and 1 1/2 in. wide). Also make sure you pick up an adapter if your gun uses a mini type battery and I would not recommend it to anyone with a "lower grade" gun because it WILL take out any gear box not made to handle it. It provides me with about 900+ RPM (in a gun with 700 RPM standard)!

I was debating on getting a lithium polymer battery then I found this bad boy. I have had both kinds of batteries and liked the lithiums because they have more power and last longer, but this bad boy is almost equil to the lithium. It has almost the same power and longevity. It does weigh a little more but it costs a fraction of the amount of a polymer battery. My gun is fairly heavy anyway so a few more ounces doesn't really matter anyway.
I had to do a little modification to my gun to make this fit. It was just a little too big to fit in the butt of my Thompson M1A1. All I had to do is using my Dremil tool cut one of the ribs out of the front of the butt and it fit like a glove.
I have been very pleased with this and all my Trenegy batteries. Thanks Amazon for the great service and products.
